From February to October 2018, a team of eight employees from LE GROUPE JENACO will be mobilized for a third plumbing and natural gas contract for a residential and long-term care centre (CHSLD), under construction near Highway 30 and Boulevard Cousineau (Route 112) in Saint-Hubert.

The three-story facility with 101 beds in a microenvironment is the work of the firm Médifice, known for its high quality projects in the healthcare sector. “This mandate consolidates the business relationship we have had with this company since 2013. At the same time, it confirms their satisfaction with the meticulousness and professionalism of our employees,” said Jean Turgeon, founder and president of LE GROUPE JENACO.

This new mandate allows the firm, which specializes in building mechanics, to continue its development in the institutional environment and, in particular, in the healthcare sector. In recent years, it has also increased its presence on Montréal’s South Shore.

LE GROUPE JENACO is currently using its expertise in geothermal energy, gas, mixed water, and radiant flooring in the construction of a new school in Saint-Hubert.
