LE GROUPE JENACO was recently contracted to carry out all the work related to building mechanics (plumbing, gas, and chilled water systems) for the prestigious 1250 Greene Avenue residential complex. This 18-unit luxury building project located in Westmount is the work of developer Ramco Développement Inc., builder and developer of real estate projects.
Groupe Construction Reliance is one of the main actors involved in this project that is currently underway. “We are excited to be working with Reliance again on a project of this scale. The project will provide employment for an entire team for a period of 12 to 15 months. LE GROUPE JENACO has in the past realized several prestigious residential projects of from a few dozen units to more than 280 condo units.
