After the completion of EVOLO1, LE GROUPE JENACO was awarded the contract for Phase 2. This phase consists of a 34-storey tower, with 260 condominium units, located on the shores of the St. Lawrence, in the Pointe-Nord neighbourhood on Nuns’ Island. The full mandate includes, geothermal energy, gas, and plumbing. It will keep a team of 15 to 20 people employed for two years.

EVOLO 2 is one of the most important projects in Quebec. The firm Lemay Michaud was commissioned to design the condos for this phase of the project. Experts stress that it will have the same elegance as the Germain Hotels where every detail is studied to provide an optimal environment.
