LE GROUPE JENACO has been contracted by Les Développements du Canal Inc. to do all the plumbing and natural gas work for the first phase of the prestigious Le Canal project. The mandate began in July 2013 and will run for a period of 12 months.
“We are very pleased to be continuing our partnership with such a well-known company as Les Développements du Canal, with whom we worked on the superb Solano project,” said Jean Turgeon, president of the LE GROUPE JENACO.
This first phase has 78 condo units. Three more phases are planned for this complex located on the edge of the Lachine Canal in the heart of Griffintown. The team committed to this project has made every effort to combine the heritage of the district with modern architecture and to respect the principles of eco-responsible construction.
