Starting in November 2013, some of the team from LE GROUPE JENACO will be working on the Roccabella project. This real estate project comprised of two 40-floor condominium towers with 298 units each is located on René-Lévesque Boulevard near the Bell Centre in Montréal.
“This and the Evolo I and II projects are the most important contracts obtained by our company since its creation. We will be involved with the Drummond Tower for the next three years. This is a very mobilizing project for all our employees,” said Jean Turgeon, president of the LE GROUPE JENACO.
The company will be responsible for everything to do with plumbing, natural gas, and mixed water. This type of mandate requires excellent, meticulous planning. “In recent years, we have invested in technology to fully support our employees before and during the construction work. This has made us much more efficient and productive. Clients value our meticulousness and the quality work we provide,” added Mr. Turgeon.
This major project will undoubtedly consolidate the new partnership between Magil Construction, responsible for the construction of the Roccabella and Nordelec projects, and the Saint-Hubert company.
