Since the summer of 2016, LE GROUPE JENACO has been involved in the completion of a 135-unit rental housing project in Brossard. The plumbing and gas contract requires the participation of a dozen employees from the Saint-Hubert firm.
This six-storey project is located on Saint-Laurent Boulevard in Brossard, along the St. Lawrence River. Sovima Habitation is the company responsible for its construction. The building is to be delivered in July 2017. It is one of four buildings, three of which are reserved for the rental market, the fourth being devoted to condominium units.
