LE GROUPE JENACO has been selected to work on the Bassins du Havre – Quai 3 project, located on the banks of the Lachine canal. Since the beginning of the year, a team of ten people has been working on the project’s plumbing, natural gas, and mixed water that includes a heating and cooling network with a water tower.
The Quai 3 Signature of the Bassins du Havre project is a prestigious complex of 70 exclusive condos with an area of 900 to 1,900 square feet and townhouses on the ground and third floors.
This is the first time that LE GROUPE JENACO will be participating in a project put forward by promoters Rachel-Julien and Prével, recognized for having created more than 11,000 housing units in the greater Montréal area.

This is the Saint-Hubert firm’s fifth project in Griffintown.
