LE GROUPE JENACO, a specialist in building mechanics, has been selected to carry out the plumbing, gas, and heating contract for the prestigious M Montréal-Est real estate project. This new nine-storey complex includes 90 condominiums and a ground floor that is reserved for businesses.
This first alliance with the Groupe Magma is especially significant for the Saint-Hubert firm. Drawing on the knowledge it acquired while working on luxury real estate complexes, LE GROUPE JENACO submitted a proposal for “mechanical assistance design” which has been approved by the engineering team of the M Montréal-Est project.

M Montréal-Est is a unique waterfront project, thanks to its great location, its services, and its architectural design proposing a building with a central gas water heater system.
The contract awarded to LE GROUPE JENACO, which specializes in plumbing, gas, mechanical equipment, and heating, started in September 2017. The project will require a team of eight people over a one-year period.
