LE GROUPE JENACO has been given the commission for the building mechanics for the highest residential tower in Montréal, the Tour des Canadiens 3. This ambitious project will have 55 floors and will be some 170 meters in height.

“We are very proud to be associated with the realization of another high-profile real estate project in Montréal. It is an acknowledgment of our expertise and the professionalism demonstrated by all the members of our team during the Tour des Canadiens 2 project,” said founder and president, Jean Turgeon.

The expertise of LE GROUPE JENACO in managing the requests of the future owners of these luxury condominium units is another significant advantage for property developers Canderel and Cadillac Fairview.

LE GROUPE JENACO will once again work with the general contractor Groupe Construction Reliance on this project that will have 565 housing units on 55 floors, a new record for the Saint-Hubert company. Approximately 20 employees from this firm that specializes in building mechanics will work on the project for a three-year period.

This prestigious new building is part of Quad Windsor, an ambitious urban redevelopment project in downtown Montréal.
