The collaboration between the promoter Pur Immobilia and Le Groupe Jenaco, which specializes in building mechanics, continues with an imposing real estate project in Laval, just a few steps from the Marché 440.

The Market project includes, on the one side, two ten-story buildings with approximately 220 luxury condominiums with exceptional windows and bold architecture, and on the other side, a block of three buildings with 400 rental units.

Le Groupe Jenaco was awarded the plumbing and natural gas contract for phase one of this major project being built by the general contractor EMB. “We are very pleased with the new show of confidence from Pur Immobilia with whom we completed the magnificent Lum Pur Fleuve project. This is also an opportunity to forge a relationship with another well-known construction firm—EMD Construction,” said Jean Turgeon, president and founder of Groupe Jenaco, known for his expertise in major real estate projects.

Work on this first major contract in Laval began recently. It includes 138 rental apartments. Le Groupe Jenaco’s work should be finished by the fall of 2020. An eight-person team is actively working on the project. “This new contract has enabled us to enter a new territory in a big way and consolidate our links with Pur Immobilia; as well, it has introduced us to another major general contractor. This is very promising for us.”
