Le Groupe Jenaco’s expertise in building mechanics will be put to use in a new luxury apartment construction project in downtown Montréal. This project known as Le Gabriel is being piloted by Magil Construction.
This 13-storey apartment building will have 95 apartments The ground floor will be dedicated to the commercial component with the presence of the Groupe Gabriel dealership. A mechanics workshop and a garage are also planned.
“We have obtained the plumbing, gas, and oil contract for another major project in Montréal. This is another mark of recognition for our expertise. It is also a source of great pride to continue to participate in the reconfiguration of the city’s housing stock,” said Jean Turgeon, founder and president of the Le Groupe Jenaco, master building mechanics, specializing in piping.
Le Gabriel is an apartment complex located at the corner of Fort and Sainte-Catherine streets in the Ville-Marie district. This is the newest project of the Groupe Gabriel developer, also known for its presence in the automotive sector. The 95 rental units will range from studios to two-bedroom apartments.
The contract will begin soon for delivery in September 2020. It will require the presence of a team of eight people from Le Groupe Jenaco. The Saint-Hubert company, an expert in building mechanics, specializing in piping, is also recognized for its expertise in the construction of high-rise buildings.
