The plumbing and gas contract for a 40-unit rental residential building in Ville Sainte-Catherine has been awarded to Le Groupe Jenaco, a company well-known for its expertise in building mechanics.

“We are very pleased to continue our collaboration with Constructions Bâtiments Québec, the prime contractor for this housing project,” said president and CEO, Jean Turgeon. Le Groupe Jenaco, which specializes in piping, was involved in the new head office project for a firm of notaries in Saint-Bruno, headed by this general contractor.

In addition to maintaining a bond of trust with this partner, this new mandate will enable Le Groupe Jenaco to demonstrate its versatility and ability to carry out projects of all kinds, from residential to industrial, small or large.

The plumbing and gas contract for these 40 rental units is already underway. Delivery is expected in mid-March 2021. A team of four people from the building mechanics company that specializes in piping has been assigned to work on the project.
