Le Groupe Jenaco has obtained the plumbing and gas contract for phases 4 and 5 of the Harmonia Condos Cité Nature housing project, located in the Rosemont district of Montréal. These are the final phases of this major housing complex totaling approximately 800 condominium units, built behind the Olympic pyramids, where the parking spaces were located.

“This new commission will allow us to continue a fruitful collaboration with the developer Elad Canada and the general contractor Magil Construction,” said Jean Turgeon, president and CEO of the building mechanics firm that specializes in piping.

Remember that Le Groupe Jenaco participated in Phase 1 of the Harmonia Condos Cité Nature project. The company also worked with Elad Canada from 2013 to 2015, on the major Nordelec project in Griffintown. Le Groupe Jenaco has worked in partnership with Magil Construction for several years, during which time several projects were carried out including the three phases of Rocabella, a prestigious real estate project in the city centre.

The coordination, planning, and excavation work for phases 4 and 5 of Harmonia Condos Cité Nature is set for January 2021. These phases include two buildings of between 10 and 14 floors each, involving more than 300 condo apartments. A team of 14 pipefitters from Le Groupe Jenaco will be working on the project starting in May 2021. The project is scheduled for completion by the spring of 2023.
