Le Groupe Jenaco’s expertise in high-rise buildings, with all the challenges that entails, is once again recognized with it being awarded the contract for the plumbing, natural gas, and VRF system (air conditioning) in the realization of the Symphonia Viu project.
The private real estate development and investment company Westcliff is in charge of this prestigious large-scale project in the Pointe-Sud sector on Île-des-Sœurs. Construction management for this 43-storey building comprising 223 condominiums has been entrusted to Construction Reliance.
“Construction of this type of building requires rigour and attention to even the smallest of details. It’s an exciting challenge for all the members of the team, no matter where they work in the chain,” said founder and president of Le Groupe Jenaco, Jean Turgeon. “We are very pleased to continue our collaboration with Construction Reliance and to demonstrate our expertise to the developer Westcliff as we undertake this first project with them.”
The Symphonia Viu project boasts a modern architecture with floor to ceiling windows that give it a distinct character. The promoter is using an array of luxurious elements to offer welcoming living spaces and full services.
A team of around twenty employees from the building mechanics firm, specializing in piping, will begin working in April 2022. The work should be completed by the spring of 2024.
