Our added value starts when the project begins. We are one of the very few building mechanics contractors to have several engineers working in their consulting/planning team. We share our specific knowledge with our clients and their professionals to create the best possible projects and facilitate their execution. Our collaborative approach helps to establish a multidisciplinary synergy that is beneficial throughout a project.

Our strong conviction, based on listening to our clients’ needs, leads us to be in “proactive” mode and to be creative, all throughout a project. This is what drives our corporate culture, which also focuses on openness and flexibility.



As well as engineers, there are also technical draftspersons, estimators, and site managers to analyze project plans carefully, clarify gray areas, detect any disruptive elements, and find appropriate solutions.

Then follows plan preparation and meticulous planning to ensure the required provisioning and appropriate project management. This management includes the introduction of all relevant occupational safety and health measures.

All this careful work done prior to the start of the project contributes to greater efficiency and better productivity on the construction site. It also makes it possible to respect established deadlines and budgets, and to maintain profitability which ensures the durability of our organization.



At Groupe Jenaco, we count on the experience and skills of a team of highly qualified project managers, coordinators, foremen, and pipefitters. They participate fully in the success of a project by coordinating and supporting employees on the worksite.

Our services go far beyond the planning and construction of building mechanics infrastructures for heavy residential construction projects. Consistent with our vision of comprehensive client service, we have established and maintain a showroom dedicated to plumbing equipment for the residential sector.

Our showroom is exclusive to our clients’ clients, the future owners of condominium units, and allows them to see a wide range of plumbing equipment and products (sinks, toilet, etc.) and faucets. Our consultant responsible for this service acts as a resource person for visitors, providing the necessary explanations about the various products.

The consultant takes into account their expectations and the specific context when helping them make their choice. Our approach help clients personalize their environment and still maintain its standards.
