LE GROUPE JENACO was commissioned to carry out the plumbing and natural gas work at the newest residential complex in Brossard, the Lum Pur Fleuve. This is the first project with the promoter Pur Immobilia and the general contractor Groupe QMD, both known for the unique real estate projects they build.

“We are particularly pleased to forge new relationships with partners of this caliber,” said Jean Turgeon, founder and president of the Saint-Hubert company that specializes in building mechanics. Emphasizing that this was tremendous recognition for his company, which has a solid track record in high-rise buildings, Jean Turgeon stressed the importance of pursuing their continuous improvement approach.

“Every member of the team is motivated with each new project obtained because each one, regardless of the nature of the commission, has its own unique features and challenges that require our greatest attention and care.”

A team of eight to ten employees has been assigned to carry out this project, the first phase of which—a 15-storey tower with 115 rental units—should be finished in July 2019. Two other phases that include condominium units will complete this shoreline real estate project valued at more than 100 million dollars.

The professionalism and care that LE GROUPE JENACO has demonstrated with its achievements on many residential real estate complexes mean that it is regularly invited to respond to private calls for tender.
